We currently accept the following method of payments: Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We’ll charge the amount on your card when the item is ready for shipping. Payments are made on secure servers protected by SSL certificates which guarantee their authenticity (as you can see from the lock that appears on the address bar of your browser).

Bank Transfer: once you’ve placed the order we’ll send you an e-mail containing our bank details. Shipment will be prepared as soon as the amount is credited on our account.

Taxes and invoices

All purchases on Sicis Jewels e-store with shipping to EU countries are inclusive of VAT.

For every order, we’ll issue a purchase receipt. In case you need an invoice please contact our Customer Service after placing the order.

Please note that any customs clearance fee or other taxes applied in the destination country is client’s responsibility.
