Can I request a gift package?

Sure, you can request a gift package by sending an e-mail to our Customer Service after placing the order. In this way, you can give us directions for inserting a greeting card.

How can I be sure the items are authentic?

Every Sicis Jewels piece is provided with a warranty certificate attesting its authenticity.


Why the item I bought is different from the picture on the website?

Sicis Jewels jewellery and watches are made by our mosaic masters who, with care and patience, apply the tiny vitreous tesserae, one after the other. The tesserae are entirely spun and cut by hand, and their colours are subject to climatic and environmental variations during production.

For all these reasons, no piece of jewellery is completely similar to the other. Everyone is a unique piece, numbered and registered to guarantee its origin and originality.


How you make micromosaic?

To make Sicis Jewels jewellery pieces we mix, by moulting them, different colours of vitreous paste tesserae. By reaching extremely high temperatures, the vitreous paste can be spun in very thin sticks that are shaped differently. From these sticks, our mosaic artists cut out the tiny tesserae that they use to make the jewels.
