In case you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days from the delivery date (if you bought more than one item you can decide whether to return all or just some of them).

The items should be in perfect condition, with the sale tag still on, should not be worn, and they should be put in their original packaging together with the warranty certificate and purchase receipt. Please note that customized items cannot be returned.

To return an item, please fill in the form on this page and wait for our confirmation e-mail with the instructions for the shipping.

Then carefully pack the items and close the package properly. Apply the return label you received by e-mail outside the package, and contact the courier at the address listed in the e-mail to schedule the withdrawal.

If everything is okay, we will credit the charged amount on the method of payment you used, withholding the costs of the return shipping, within 20 days from the receipt of the package, and we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail.

Otherwise, we will send you back the package, and nothing will be refunded.
